Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rassi Shoppe. We strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include the original packaging, accessories, and invoice (if available).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products, including customized wooden jewelry boxes.
  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged).

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible products may be returned according to this policy.

Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products returned after the return period.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.
  • Customized or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
