1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We ship orders across India through trusted courier partners, including India Post, Professional Couriers, ST Courier, and DTDC, depending on the delivery location and service availability.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Within Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days
  • Other locations in India: 4–8 business days

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

3. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are as follows:

  • Within Tamil Nadu:
    • Orders of β‚Ή2,000 or more qualify for FREE Shipping.
    • Orders below β‚Ή2,000 will incur shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Within India (Outside Tamil Nadu):
    • Orders of β‚Ή4,000 or more qualify for FREE Shipping.
    • Orders below β‚Ή4,000 will incur shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • International Orders (Outside India):
    • Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. If international shipping is introduced in the future, shipping charges will apply to all international orders regardless of the order value. These charges will be calculated based on the destination, package weight, and courier service, and will be communicated at checkout or before dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
